I’m going to guess Biergarten or somewhere in Germany in Epcot.

Actually…no. It’s in 1900 Park Fare, a restaurant in the Grand Floridian Resort. When we were there, it wasn’t operating properly. You could hear music coming from it, but the figures weren’t moving (which, I’m fairly certain, they once did).
Good reasonable guess, though!

Oh man! Well, it was worth a shot. I’ve never been to 1900 Park Fare, as my kids are still too little for the character dining there. I’ll be sure to look for it in a few years!!

We really enjoyed the Supercalifragilistic breakfast there. The characters are usually Alice, the Mad Hatter, Mary Poppins, and Pooh & Tigger. They also have a Cinderella dinner and host princess and Alice-themed tea parties in the Grand Floridian. My favorite resort to visit!
